a) standard practice to reapply;
b) our A grade coach moved overseas, our B grade coach semi-retired at his last game in charge, our D grade coach retired.

Have you guys have appointed anyone yet? I don't live too far away and i'm hungry to play next year. I haven't played in 4-5 years. To me a coach is a deciding factor if I dont know many of the players (which I don't :( )

Anyway was just curious.....

So if your A's coach wasn't going overseas, I take it that it would still have been standard practice to reapply?

I like that Idea. Kind of tells the coach if you don't pull your finger out of your &^#& you may not be here next year because we WILL be looking for a better offer anyway :)

Traditionally, we have asked coaches to reapply every year.
However, as we removed the coach 4 games before the end of the season, we felt it prudent to appoint the new coach for the rest of 2008 and for 2009. However, circumstances beyond our control affected that, obviously.

We haven't appointed anybody yet, applications remain open until November 7th at which point we will contact candidates for interview!

US? He's said nothing to me and I'm the most important person in the club.
Things I am owed because they're too tight to pay up:

Colossus: One House

Costa: One Lunch

Oh and add in

Colossus: one photo and one letter from his "attorney".

I won 2 awards, I was nominated for another 2. I have good reason to be arrogant!! :D I don't believe I am arroagant anyway,
arrogant

• adjective having an exaggerated sense of one’s own importance or abilities.
I'm self confident, because my sense of my own importance or abilities is not exaggerated.

Rumours abound that some absolute quality has applied for the top job. So good in fact that the committee think it could be someone on a wind up.

No wind here my friend. My enquiries are genuine, and at this stage I will be meeting with a western based club on Friday.
