a) standard practice to reapply;
b) our A grade coach moved overseas, our B grade coach semi-retired at his last game in charge, our D grade coach retired.

Have you guys have appointed anyone yet? I don't live too far away and i'm hungry to play next year. I haven't played in 4-5 years. To me a coach is a deciding factor if I dont know many of the players (which I don't )

I like that Idea. Kind of tells the coach if you don't pull your finger out of your &^#& you may not be here next year because we WILL be looking for a better offer anyway

Traditionally, we have asked coaches to reapply every year.
However, as we removed the coach 4 games before the end of the season, we felt it prudent to appoint the new coach for the rest of 2008 and for 2009. However, circumstances beyond our control affected that, obviously.

We haven't appointed anybody yet, applications remain open until November 7th at which point we will contact candidates for interview!

I won 2 awards, I was nominated for another 2. I have good reason to be arrogant!! I don't believe I am arroagant anyway,

No wind here my friend. My enquiries are genuine, and at this stage I will be meeting with a western based club on Friday.
