I have to ask though, do all christians pray each morning, so that they can perform at their best, each and every day (be it at work, whatever)?
dont worry about us christians bomber, one day, god willing; u may find the answers ur looking for!
Bomber, unlike urself, many christians pray to god to help them be at their best and in this case, play at their best.
Playing at ur best doesnt always mean, winning.
the suns are a very young side, and no doubt will be better in years to come and will push for finals and hopefully win the premiership.
Usually, the winners are the most deserving; one thing that Ablett is a strong believer in

Is this the same god that all the gangsta's give thanks to at the MTV awards?

Why the deflection?
not interested in ur games........
carry on
What games? I will re-phrase the question to make it a little easier - do YOU pray every morning in the hope of optimum performance in your daily life?
Two choices here to make it even easier:
1. Yes
2. No

Are you embarrassed therefore that you do or that you dont? I dont quite understand your reluctance. Some people may shower in the morning, some dont, others may have breakfast, some dont.

I answered ur question, Im not commenting any more on it.
U lead ur life the way u see fit, whilst I will lead mine the way I WANT to!
as for showering, U may have to ask ur pommy mate, who ONLY showers in winter
I really hope that you spelt none wrong on purpose... because why the fuck would you need a hyphen in there?
Back onto the AFL, if rumours of Carlton signing Didak on a two-year deal are true (was sighted having a tour of princes park), then I won't be buying a membership next season. Ridiculous.

You did not answer my question. You may have posted a deflective response, but you certainly did not answer the question.
Isn't lying frowned upon?

That would be Malthouse's push surely. I dont think he has Carlton's long term best wishes at heart. He wants the quick fix which in some ways is fair enough, but it all comes down to what the club wanted when he was hired I suppose.

BANDWAGONER!
I guess you could say that... or from more a reasonable point you could say I am disgruntled supporter who has bought a membership every year since he left high school. Simply do not want Didak at the club, did you what Pagan did to Carlton with bringing in the likes Mick Martyn? It's suicide... do you not agree?
I have to agree with Bomber, if we pick up Didak it just reeks of a quick fix.

Interesting article in "The Age" newspaper 27/9/13 titled "The game has turned ugly - and I wouldn't be Lyon".
The writer Stephen Alomes regrets the game descending to the point where there are 30 players inside the 50-metre line of one side, with the ball bouncing around from one smothered kick or handball to another.
He uses words like Smotherball, Stoppageball, Tackleball and Umpireball where umpires get more touches than some players.
Alomes goes on to say that this new siege game with manic pressure has been perfected in all its ugliness by Freo, and it will be bad for the game if they win the G.F. because other coaches will emulate Lyon's strategies and tactics. Destruction and Defence discovered with a capital 'D'.
He even suggests a form of offside where each team has to have a certain number of players behind each 50-metre line to decongest the game and save it from coaches' destructiveness.

Top teams don't emulate other teams.... so if middle fodder try to copy they will remain middle fodder. Top teams create their own identity and create success from that. Fremantle's is built on relentless defense, the Hawks on precision attacking... Hawthorn won, so who cares what Alomes has to say?
well faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaark me these blokes are unbelievable last year Tippett and now the Bud, one feels that the extra money they are allowed in the salary cap will be the HOT topic of discussion over the next few weeks if not months.
