Munno Para City Soccer Club is holding a registration weekend on 21st & 22nd Feb.

Please come down and see us between 11.00am and 3.00pm at the club. Corner Uley Road and Adams Road, Elizabeth Downs

Registration Fees

Registration fees are set at $120.00 for the first child, $110.00 for the second child and $100.00 for the third child. All other children from the same family will be free.


Payment of Registration Fees

Registration fees must be paid at the time of Registration, a deposit of $20.00 per child is required as the minimum payment.

Registration Requirements

Parents are reminded that if they are registering their child for the first time, they are required to produce a photocopy of one of the following documents.

Birth Certificate
CAFHS Book
Student Pass
Passport
Any child playing Under 9’s and up who have not already got a photo I.D card, must produce a photograph (passport size) with their name and DOB on the back for laminating by the E.D.J.S.A.
