Strange, last week before Round 18, the website showed Trimmers having 14 goals.lefty wrote:Assuming the Rnd 18 scorers havent been updated on SAASL website looks very close at the top interesting to know who scored last weekend.

Just told he was short changed a goal so it looks like Trimmers and Coxy tie for the Golden boot.Jay Walking wrote:Strange, last week before Round 18, the website showed Trimmers having 14 goals.lefty wrote:Assuming the Rnd 18 scorers havent been updated on SAASL website looks very close at the top interesting to know who scored last weekend.

I know Falzo got one for our ressies.
He deserves to get recognition for his consistent scoring over the years.

Perhaps a few starting berths in the first team might be warranted?East Boy wrote:I know Falzo got one for our ressies.

Strange indeed, has been the standout striker when I have seen him in the reserves. Deserved a decent run in the first team, good lad too.Lost User wrote:great effort !! amazed with Easts alleged injury problems all year and lack of goals he wasnt in the first teamjogger wrote:Perhaps a few starting berths in the first team might be warranted?East Boy wrote:I know Falzo got one for our ressies.

Re: Top Goalscorers
Does it count when an outfielder keeps for a game, due to n/a of normal keeper??
But scored in another game during the season

Re: Top Goalscorers
He did score but unfortunately the referee got both goal scorers wrong. And falz couldnt catch him before he left! Quality lad daniel....even managed to score with a header on the weekend!!!East Boy wrote:I know Falzo got one for our ressies.

Re: Sunday Results - 22nd July 2012
which players ended up leading goalscorer at their individual clubs? obviously trimmers and coxy took it out for their clubs, what about the other clubs?
Re: Sunday Results - 22nd July 2012
If you go to the SAASL Website under fixtures and results....click on the division you want and then press F13....you will see this layout !Iron Curtain wrote:which players ended up leading goalscorer at their individual clubs? obviously trimmers and coxy took it out for their clubs, what about the other clubs?
Not sure if the lists are fully updated yet !

.I wonder how many will try this and realise there is no F13 key !

Well done to big Daniel who has been finding the back of the net for years. Will be at it again in div 2 next year no doubt.

Re: Top Goalscorers
query it with the league, I heard the Downs 'found' a goal Trimmers had scored earlier in the year to help him tie for leading scorer, be good to see Falz gets what he deservesAtTheEast wrote:He did score but unfortunately the referee got both goal scorers wrong. I highly doubt falz would leave and Im sure if anyone talked to him he would admit that he possibly hasnt fully taken his opportunities that he has been given. But seen as you know him so well im sure you can tell me otherwise.
I love falz and would be fantastic to see him as a regular in the first team. Hopefully he can keep at it next year and take div2 by storm!
