Alternative England Team

Post by denwise »

More of the same from that selection, would like to have seen a different approach and maybe incorporating some untried talent.
Found this http://www.sshoosh.com/2012/05/16/al...-for-euro-2012 i agree with some of it and wish woy would take a few chances rather then going down the old tried and tested route to failure!

Denmark did alright in 92 by just arriving unorganised and without a plan, England should destress, bin the glory grabbers and give someone else a go.

Lampard Gerrard, Barry, Parker - Xavi, Iniesta, Alonso, Busquets

Different class of quality.

Why not Leon Britton and the rest of them

Definitely, Milner is a good athlete but hes more of a full back stopper than a creative player, Spain have Mata and Silva constantly picking holes in any defense, england have Milner and Downing, enough said. Watch out for McEachran, his technical play is good enough for Barca

Bring on Grant Holt, Joey Barton and Kevin Davies I say.
