Re: Torres
latest in an interview with hodgson is that he could play, but he hasnt made his mind up if he will risk a player with a limited pre season

Re: Torres
the world cup's got a lot to answer for... the 3 best players who would be on the pitch won't be there because of it
Re: Torres
are any of liverpools players ever fit

Re: Torres
Chelsea have 2 good players on each position so that's why they hardly even feel when a player is missing. Where as we dont have enough depth so every injury particularly to torres and gerrard are huge!

Re: Torres
Not starting.
LIneup: Reina, Agger, Skrtel, Carragher, Johnson, Mascherano, Gerrard, Jovanovic, Cole, Kuyt and Ngog.

Re: Torres
All I know is if Fantasy says hes injured, I wouldn't trust it, I made the mistake of taking out Drogba (Cpt) because according to the yellow 'i' under his jersey he wasn't going to play. Unless Rooney can bag a hatrick I'm pretty peeved.

ngog out torres in and that is a nice looking lineup ... on paper. The Kop wrote:Not starting.

Re: Torres
I agree. It's still a good squad and first XI.
Sign a decent LB, move Agger back into the middle and we're ok.

so you have a player who doesn't want to be there in probably the most important position on the team and 2 donkeys up front? The Kop wrote:Not starting.

2 donkeys upfront is formidable combo against anyone arsenal can put between the sticks.Loppermann wrote:so you have a player who doesn't want to be there in probably the most important position on the team and 2 donkeys up front? The Kop wrote:Not starting.

I'd piss my pants if we can get 20m+ for a ball winner who doesnt score and cant pass forwards.

Think Insua will be given a spell in the magoos for his preseason want away ness. and apparantly aurelio is still behind in terms of fitness.
