under12stic team

Post by chelsea69 »

I had the pleasure this weekend and over the past two months to coach the under 12 girls North Zone Team. We had a tough weekend Saturday they had two hard games that were hard energy zapping games that resulted in losses,Sunday the girls came out with a positive and strong attitude and showed there talents in both games.I know they can be proud of themselves as I there coach and there parents are extremly proud of there efforts this weekend.I know that the experience will hold them in good stead for next year at there club level. Well done girls ......

Really good on you for supporting your girls in such a public way. My daughter's team had the pleasure of playing your team this weekend- Your girls played hard and were tremendous good sports through to the final whistle. Well done to you for giving them a positive experience in a competitive tournament. I feel the quality of the girl's tournament over the last three years has gotten better- there are many more good players qualifying at earlier ages. South Australia has a lot to look forward to in girls' and women's soccer.

One of the Croydon girls in your team was noticed during the STIC and received two letters; one for the SAPSA State team and the other to trial for the U13 State Development Squad.

Yesterday she received another letter from the FFSA saying that she made the U13 squad. She's a very happy girl.
