Re: player of the year
you cant go past wetervelt 18 goals so far yes very lazy and very abbusive towards team mates but quality player best in leauge by far
Re: player of the year
Would have to be a massive favourite but Chris Nicholls scored a truck load of goals last year and didn't win. Chris Ennis would have to be up there and Bert always polls well.mike bassett wrote:you cant go past wetervelt 18 goals so far yes very lazy and very abbusive towards team mates but quality player best in leauge by far
Don't know about div 2. Robbie Williams had a good game against us on the weekend and is around the mark for top goal scorer. A lot of people have been talking up Viking's central midfielder too. Before getting injured Brad Docherty would have polled some votes.

Re: player of the year
I can assure you all of these names will be around the mark in Div 1
Bert - Downs
Nicholls - Vale
Ennis - Farm
Westers - Florina
Ebomo - Gardens
These would be the front runners in Div 2
Williams/Mathers - Vista
Docherty - Grove
Armstrong - Munno Para
Neary - Sthn Knights
As for Div 3 It is usually who ever gets the most goals so I'm going with
Marco Pischettola - MSSC Blue Eagles
Bert - Downs
Nicholls - Vale
Ennis - Farm
Westers - Florina
Ebomo - Gardens

Williams/Mathers - Vista
Docherty - Grove

Marco has had a fantastic season so far, and hopefully will take out the top scorer and player of the year.imanoutlaw wrote:As for Div 3 It is usually who ever gets the most goals so I'm going with

would be a very good effort for nicholls to win it considering the amount of games he has played is zero.imanoutlaw wrote:I can assure you all of these names will be around the mark in Div 1

Re: player of the year
foster from the grove, his speed athleticism and ability to allways score the one on ones is unbelievable.
Oh wait a minute substitute foster for dockers and that would be right.

I look at the great Liverpool Team. I think they won about eight League
Championships, and four European Cups. Compared to them I have done nothing

Re: player of the year
can only comment on the couple of games ive played against and feedback from mates of other clubs, but here have been the best against us.
FLORINA- westers, an obvious choice and a class above. big trev is all ways a handfull as well.
DOWNS- mark kelly, seems to go under the radar, but when on can control the pace of a game from his own boot. very gifted on the ball.
FARM-chrissy ennis, a man mountain at the back, all though i think hes a bit of a whoofer hes a rock at the back.
WEST-little darky up front (not sure of name) caused us some headaches when we played them.
FULHAM-no real stand out a very well balanced and even side.
GARDENS-pauly ebomo- enjoyed playing in the middle with him this year, thats for sure.
VALE-mark burbridge, very skill full and quick has caused us problems in the past.
PONTIAN-paradiso, not the most athletic and very lazy, but can score from anywhere with that left foot.
INTER-nobody from inter really stood out in the 2 matches we played them.
LION-djoko, all ways a threat with his clever little touches and ability to hold the ball up.
