Give him his due, he still claims to be a sheff wed supporter, they haven't won for years. OH but that would be about the time they started their fall from grace that he discovered he was an adelaide united fan.
It all makes sense now.
Australia
Sheff Wed
Adelaide United
Adelaide Comets
I make that one local team.

always makes me a little flat when people come on here bagging a country they made a free and conscious decision to desert their own countries for. must be an awfully sad predicament to be in. poor buggers. chin up though.

yeah i know. i read it again after i submitted. you're good. i'll give you that you are good. ok then. what specifics would justify a constant barrage of piss taking of the country you live in? i'm aware its mostly if not completely playful but surely at one point you would have to adopt some sort of allegiance to the nation you live in. your thoughts?

He's a yid, English and a Spurs supporter. I dont think the cops would even go looking for him if he suddenly got "lost" over here somehow.

I could berate the country that I am from.carntyne square wrote:yeah i know. i read it again after i submitted. you're good. i'll give you that you are good. ok then. what specifics would justify a constant barrage of piss taking of the country you live in? i'm aware its mostly if not completely playful but surely at one point you would have to adopt some sort of allegiance to the nation you live in. your thoughts?
Most of my banter on australia is in response to the constant "we're so great, you're so shit" comments.
I love my country and am a VERY proud Englishman, given a choice I would get on a flight with my kids at the first opportunity and go back to England.
I can understand having some allegiance to australia, but never above England.

like i said i don't really know much about you. this was more a stir up to hawkesy and toomer but i do see potential in you. i believe you have the makings to be a fully established whinging pom.
