SEASON 2011 MEETING 21st MARCH

Post by Master Kong »

Pretty quick meeting and well attended, clubrooms were full.
Main points discussed:
246 teams registered for this season.
Ring results in before 6pm Sunday.
Clubs can withdraw from cup if done before 1st round draw, Reserves will automatically be removed if 'A' team pull out.
If registrations are not in by this Friday and you want regos for Round 1 next week, there will be a $10 fee.
Management will be after club fees by 3rd May or fines will apply.( I think)
If you want more than 15 yearbooks let SAASL know by this Friday.
Juniors & over 35's were mentioned but not sure what was said now, so if anyone else was there can add to this message please do.
Good luck to all clubs in 2011

Teams with juniors will be able to promote their players to Senior squads on the same registration ( EDJSA) but teams with juniors that are invovled with the JSL (FFSA) will need to ask the FFSA if they will do the same .

Bit harsh considering the alternative meeting for the Southern/Hills teams isn't until this sunday.

I would say its Hills teams going Sunday ... was easier to go to Grange for the Southern teams...

It's got to do with them telling clubs attending on sunday that the cutoff for rego's not incurring a $10 fine expired 2 days ago. Not all clubs read these forums. Personally not going to affect our club but other aren't so organised.
