Well one is an ex player of Para Hills West who is a mate of his and the other is a mate of Dave's.

If Dave wanted to go and coach, we would wish him all the best if there wasn't a position at our club. I think you will find that Dave wants to play again after having a very successful second half of the season. I did speak to him on Sunday night so maybe you have spoken to him in the mean time?

Plus, still a bit of angst between Dave and Para Hills West. He may end up back there one day and so he should as he and his Dad have done a lot for that club but I'd love to see him stick around at the Farm for as he is enjoying it and does a lot of stuff for us.

Well its been 24hrs since the rumour of Mr X coaching Westies. Despite numourous posts on the forum Mr X is yet to confirm or deny his attachment to the coaching position. Comparisions are being made between James Hird's mixed messages about the Essendon coaching job and Mr X's bizzare avoidance of the topic.

Someone mentioned to me that they heard Brad French has applied for the PHW job. Is there any truth in this? I personally thought he was into Refereeing now but maybe not.

Man you have to travel far for some rumors, sitting at a pub on the Gold Coact having a beer and I bump into an old mate who plays for PH East, he tells me he has heard the East may have signed a new coach for next year. Anyone in the know at the East care to confirm who it is?
