Simple as that...
Yeah I figured as much, but still can't understand how you could've only let 3 in against the 8 other teams :!: Goulder's ball through to Jones was a right gem, just a shame he hit the post!

I imagine Foster is a big loss for you guys, but am sure Freddy will fill that gap reasonably well once he's in there.

Ingle Farm didn't seal the win until the last fifteen minutes.
Maybe so, but that's still 133% more goals conceded in 90 minutes than they had in 720 minutes!

$700 a game? Get real, as an amateur he can be reimbursed for expenses.

What is he still living in Queensland and flying in each week???

With an imagination like that you should get into writing short stories, you'd make a fortune :clown: :clown: :clown:

Considering he was last listed on the team list on 12/06/10 for Adelaide City (and presumably played) - he would only be eligible to play 18/07/10 onwards, and interestingly cancellation is not listed on the FFSA website so could it be a case of dual registration?

Seeing he was on a pro contract at Adelaide City, and needs to be registered as an amateur to play for a SAASL club, would open up a can of worms if the opposition file a complaint as he is technically an ineligible player until he sits out for 30 days.

The seven day period would just relate to him cancelling his AC registration, but as the 30 day blockout period is a FFA requirement, no way of getting around it, and SAASL do follow this rule also.

I tried getting around the clause each and every way when we were faced with the issue of wanting to register a player previously on a pro contract, so he could play the next weekend , but was given a firm no.

Only way out would be if he was on amateur rego at AC, which would be very unlikely considering his fee per game.

Ollo Ollo our Junior development is just fine its been going again for over 10 yrs now...
We are a big Federation feeder & have quite a number of 1st Division E&D teams & that numbers growing every year...
There is only one reason to worry about our juniors, & that is pretty soon most will be playing seniors & we have heaps of quality kids.

So the Future is All good for the Gardens...

And I can assure you that the figure of $700 per game is way, way, way off the mark...

You Really believe one of our offficials would tell a Melbourne Victory wanker a payment figure for him to post it on here...

are you sure saasl is under a fifa/ffa banner as they only have one recognised association per state, so this could be a loophole

oh ok, cos the 3 club rule is a fifa rule and if its not stated in the saasl rules then it should be ok

That will only affect him this coming week, which should be a non-event anyway as he should not be eligible to play for 30 days from his last game as a professional.
