Starting to really worry 'bout Moore. He's only training with a QLD state league side at the moment, whereas Saint Pim wanted them to be playing regularly in an overseas league..
What about Sasa? Playing ACL and K-League at the moment.
What can it hurt trying the Ogre at centre-back versus the Kiwi scrubbers?

do we really have to go over this again?
Ognenovski doesn't want to play for Australia
Lopperman, I originally thought the same as you - the media trumpeted Og wanted to play for FYROM (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia - please get the politically-correct title right), but as late as 4/5/10 Mike Cockerill said on FoxSportsFC the battle-hardened ogre man-mountain would be perfect as a dominant centre-back.
Aussie Pim should swallow his ego and do this, as well as choose the energetic Joel Griffiths for the squad - before Pimmy pisses off to become Morocco's Under 20s water-boy.....
A little odd, but i like taking risks. A good attacking team, I've selected a few youngsters pretty much because theyre not afraid of attacking the defence, instead of this pussyfooting around with the balland theyre all super quick.

Schwarzer
Wilkshire Ogenovski Neil Chipperfield
Vidosic Grella Cahill Oar
Culina
Rukavytsya
you are not the coach, Pim is
Vidosic, Og, Oar and Rukalphabet won't get anywhere near the starting line up
I'd like to think we're not so desperate that we'd have to use Vidosic and Oar... they'll be eaten alive by the Serbs, Germans and Ghanains
Australia's squad for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa will be announced on Tuesday 11 May in Sydney.
Socceroos coach Pim Verbeek will be joined at Hangar 96, Qantas Sydney Jet Base, by Football Federation Australia CEO Ben Buckley and Qantas CEO Alan Joyce for the announcement.
Verbeek's selection will end endless speculation on the make-up of the Socceroos playing group for South Africa.
Which goalkeepers will be chosen to back-up Mark Schwarzer? Will Nicky Carle get the nod? How many strikers will make the cut?
