Seeing as it is a new season lets start on a positive about the FFSA.


Ok enough about being nice what a crock. Firstly, releasing a sechedule less than a week before the season, then change the divisions first starting date. With no disrespect but if I was Toros / Flinders / Croydon and Salisbury I would be going WT about the FFSA.

Why?

Well when toros were dropped from the prems Flinders finished top, weren't offered a prems spot yet over the last four years two teams have dropped out by their own choice and yet teams that want to push on up are held back WHY?

Then Hills being given a div 1 berth why? again? Not sure why any team can move from nowhere into div one. Salisbury and Croydon were two teams I believe would have liked to have been able to do that (Sorry if wrong) but weren't so why Hill? Again no problems with hills just the system.

Next how many teams have young girls and older ones who need to book time of of work and yet FFSA can not get the fixture out until now. If teams weren't nominated then put out fixtures and the late teams get whatever is left tooo bad. Don't pamper to teams for god sake.

Next the cup rounds again WT prems could end up playing their own reserves side? Why. Sorry but this seems to make as much sense as rostering cup rounds at night with no pitches available.


So confussed how this is all helping improve the womens game!

Oh also forgot to say so no locked in player numbers eg the magic 11! so that must have worked well or if there i going to be a magic number i'm sure we will know um Friday.

Last sightly different topic but what's peoples thoughts about coaches playing in friendly games? eg Perms coach playing in a game on the field against a under 1/ 15 or 16's boys team?

sorry adelaidepie I may have misinterpreted, but have you somehow seen the fixtures? It seems you have knowledge of division changes?

I was told the night of there release although there was another version doing the rounds which was different to the one now released.

so what happens if para hills div 1?

another team that doesnt go back up to prems?

That is my thought as well. Again not against Para or Gawler as they didn't go up last year but may want to this year if they win, but the FFSA need to announce the criteria at the beginning of the season on who, how or whatever rather than having teams spirits shattered at the end of the season if the answer is no!
