U/12 looking for a club

Post by admin »

A workmate has a son who wants to play U12's.

Went out to Birkalla - made the initial cut but didnt make the final cut.

Any suggestions for alternative clubs how might be looking for an U12 player?

Lives around Glenelg so the closer the better but he may not have much choice on location.

Start with the nearest club and work your way out.

If Adelaide Hills are looking for players then I'd try there.

I have found them to be a positive club with a positive attitude.

Enfield is miles away from Glenelg and would be pretty unrealistic for an Under 12's player.

Birkalla and Cumberland have already had their trials and are very hard to get into.

Cobras are in between both clubs and very close to Glenelg so would be the best option. They dont turn many kids away.

The other club close by is Plympton but they dont have any senior teams so wouldnt be my first choice. Not sure when their trials are.

Stargazer I was out at TK Shutter on Tuesday night and I can assure you it took a lot longer than 20 minutes to get there!
