in the young sensations it will be 2 nights of hard training and then pumping it out at the gym
but for the other groups im guessing just training to lead up to state
hmmmm im not quite sure about that one
i think as soon as the younger ones in the young sensation go back to train with their age groups for state but not sure wen that will be but i know it will be next year sometime lol
okay im tihnking it is a junior sasi, which is a great lead up into the senior sasi... coz if u look bak over the years when junmior sasi was alive, nearly all the players who were in J.S are now in sasi....

well shorty, I took little meggsy down to the trials, and she really enjoyed herself...
she trialled much much better than she did at dev squads, probably because she enjoys tougher competition, and she had managed to get a full weeks rest for the first time in about 10 months.
whether she gets in or not doesnt matter, she just had a great time
stop posting pics on here...lol....only kidding i better be careful she knows were i work,,,,,M will go a long way to have the fight and determination to succeed at a young age is great im sure if she wants to will make you guys proud
