Transfers
Considering FFSA no longer recognises SAASL player registrations enabling Fed clubs to sign amateur players without doing transfers then perhaps SAASL should do the same. However I dont agree with dual registration but should allow players to be signed after 30 June in future. Thoughts anyone?

Won't work - will take the fairness out of the amateur competition.lefty wrote:Considering FFSA no longer recognises SAASL player registrations enabling Fed clubs to sign amateur players without doing transfers then perhaps SAASL should do the same. Transfers shouldn't be allowed after the season has kicked off.

Re: Transfers
Transfers will always happen, and it is more than fair that there is a cut off date for them.Chucky Chunder wrote:Transfers shouldn't be allowed after the season has kicked off.

Re: Transfers
intresting topic this one, i believe a super league player this season had his contract torn up and was told he was not a required player any more, after the transfer deadline.so what happens to this player then?. the club doesnt want him any more , so he has to miss the remainder of the season is that fair?. should there be some sort of safe guard put into place to protect players from this happening? any thoughts any one.
