yeah really not nice at all. considering ecky is paying herself out in the process i think that was a bit uncalled for.

why dont you actually post something decent instead of just jumping in to insult someone Eustace?

hey i have a story for you all.

an accurate recount of the days events regarding cumby and sturt.

Sturt scored a total of 4 goals. 2 were scored in the first 30 seconds. one later in the half. (by who i dont know, or care)
then Cumberland the Mighty scored not 1 but 2 goals. The First by their star defender, who has all the strength of Arnold schwartznegger, the speed of Bolt, and with the skillz (yes "skills" spelt with a "z") of Ronaldinho. From then on in Cumberland the Brave meant business. THe next goal was a stunner by their youngest star, who also had previously played a full game in U17. The player, who was never affected by fatigue slotted their second past the swasa keeper. (oh did i just say swasa i mean sturt) then sturt scored a 3rd somewhere in there.

The ref blew his whislte and the 1st half was over. Cumberland knew that they had a game on their hands. After an enlightening speech from their coach, who has often been compared to Winston Churchill, the girls had a flame in their heart that could not be extinguished. The only think on their mind was winning the derby match that for 90 would consume their souls.

The 2nd half, the half that would require cumberland to reach for the stars was upon them. The thought of failure had never entered their minds. It was not this day that Cumberland the Wise would bow to the power of sturt. After again conceeding an early goal, by the foot of their oppressors, cumberland the Great remained unwavered. The determination was evident in all the players' hearts, losing was not an option. As cumberland fought on, some excellent work between the midfield and forwardss that would even trouble the defence of Man U, resulted in not one but 3 goals by the same player, who put the ball past the keeper with such finnes that would make christano Ronaldo look like a toddler. Cumberland the Awesome took sturt by the horns, with a lead of 4-5. but this was still not enough for cumberland the Merciful. In the last 5 minutes, just to make sure everyone was clear that cumberland the young, despite the average age of the team, and its recent history, would not be pushed around by anyone.

The end score was 4-6. Cumberland the Excellent had won.
