Assnal vs Riomma

Post by Piola »

Not the highest profile of the big CL clashes ahead of us but will be IMO the best to watch as these 2 scummy sides play probably the best football to watch in their respective leagues.

Any takers on teh result?? To see Assnal win 3-2 in injury time with an injury to Totti and a sending off to De Rossi would be like poetry but I'll settle for any result that sees ASRom turfed out.

:P

Hmm unfortunately I haven't managed to watch a single Roma game this year, but I think that Arsenal will do the job here....or at least here's hoping.

3-1 to Roma over both legs.
Arsenal need to concentrate on getting a Uefa place for next year :D
If you're having Spurs problems I feel bad for you son
I've got 99 problems but the Yids ain't one.

PS: Spurs remain a quality side, I don't care what you say. The Feyernoord Jubileum Tournament doesn't win itself, you know.

I feel dirty, posting a comment with a laziale on here. Roma will win easily. That happening to Totti or De Rossi would be a dream for you. Reality is they will make the difference when we play on the 27th May. How much would that hurt!!!!!!!!!

It should be a good game. Roma is my team but also support Arsenal in England. I hope Roma win this game, both teams are in similar positions and both are not currently in the four and fighting to get there

Be a very interesting first leg - wonder if arsenal will break roma down after failing to break sunderland down at home.

I think a 1-1 draw first leg with Mexes and Van Persie to score! Roma though will win the second leg 2-0 at home!

Also a laziale di merda should never comment on roma and just worry about their own team and them not losing and dropping down the table!

Good a clean sheet! If we score in Rome it should be enough.

Arsenal dominated over 90 minutes, think they can do the job in the second leg. Too quick for Roma in all parts of the ground. But once again Arsenal failed to capitalise on their opportunities!!!!

Baptista was terrible, glad we didnt keep him!

roma didn't play well and missed a few players and totti should not have played cos he wasn't 100% fit and looked at about 40% while we also missed vucinic

saying that arsenal moved the ball around better and quicker. they should have won teh game 3-0 at least..bendtner missed an easy chance as is a woeful player, eboue missed the one on one and diaby hit a great shot but doni made a brilliant save. Alumunia made a great as well off motta's shot. Motta played very well and can see why he is the u21 italian captain!

i think arsenal will be made to pay for those missed chances and roma shoudl win teh second leg, but hopefully totti, vucinic, juan, cicinho are fully fit! Baptista needs to lift his game for the second leg. Also we will miss de rossi in the second leg through suspension!

killa, De Rossi is out!

i think if Arsenal can get Eduardo and Walcott back at least, they should be fine. Hopefully Cesc can come off the bench as well

I know Mexes is very popular down at trigoria but can you honestly tell me you like the b*stard??
not only does he look and act like a poof (see nightclub incident 2 weeks ago) but he makes too many mistakes.

Agree on Motta, disappointed he took Lollo's place at RB in the u21s.

Arsenal 60% chance to go through, i think they'll score in Rome but Roma is often capable of anything
