already Chelsea have poached a talented 16-year old from Reggina last year, before that Mancs took a 15 year old Lazio junior.
maybe the english should focus on developing english players rather than scouting junior Italian leagues. English are turning the European game into a joke, and so are Barca signing 13 year olds from Sth america, fucken disgrace. Clubs should develop home grown talent.
do something Platini you cunt
Chelsea are reportedly targeting Sebastian Giovinco’s younger brother, 17-year-old Giuseppe, who plays for Juventus’ schoolboy squad. Giuseppe plays in a similar role to his elder sibling and Chelsea are said to be impressed by him and considering poaching him from the Old Lady before he signs his first professional contract. “So far I have not received offers,” said Giuseppe’s agent Andrea D’Amico. “However I am not surprised if Giuseppe has been followed by Chelsea and other English clubs as they observe all the youth Leagues of our country in a systematic manner.”
cant wait til some foreigner limits take place at least in Serie A if not europe-wide
even @ Lazio we have some players i'd rather leave - fair play Cribari, Ledesma, Pandev and Behrami are quality. But why have Makinwa, Tare, Manfredini etc when we can have an Italian doing the job just as well
as for giovinco jr. there isnt much Juve can do other than pray the kid has bianconero in his heart and dreams of playing for the club.... either that or tell him he kisses an azzurri career goodbye with a move to England. they'll ruin him as a player.
Agreed, damn English stealing our great Italian talent. They should be focusing on building their own talent. Vincenzo Camilleri was our player until the damn Russian bastards stole him from us. Stefano Palazzi, Inter's owner and FIGC Judge was trying to save him from joining the thieves (has Palazzi found the light???)
Camilleri was sad to leave the Amaranto. His mother wanted him to join Chelsea for the soldi accidenti jabba the hutt.
Giovino's brother better not join Chelsea, he should stay where he is.
Thats why their future of their clubs and national teams is poor.

pffff we took rossi and gave him back.... we jst made him gd and cashed in
Until they bring in some limits on foreigners then it will continue to happen. Most supporters of the big clubs don't care about the national side, they care about club success. So, even the supporters care not about developing English players, just developing the best.
Things I am owed because they're too tight to pay up:

Thats cos u english supporters, CANNOT SUPPORT ENGLISH SUCCESS ON AN NATIONAL SIDE - WHEN U HAVE WON FARK ALL!
joke is all it is, these players will develop much better in Italy anyway.
theres a reason why England is overrated at international level. On top of that theyre dreamers who think cause they have a strong league, the national side is great.
Clubs of all nationalities look after themselves its as simple as that even if it means bringing in a young kid who ends up playing for their adopted country provided they aid in winning championships or make the $$$ once the kid is sold later on. The care about themselves and all clubs do it.

get a better league then they wont move abroad you plank
not rocket science
When I read this I had a good laugh. Especially ridiculous is the stuff about the scorelines.
lol deluded fuck. and as much as it pains me to admit, Totti is a better footballer than Gerrard
Ive only ever read one good article on that site....what was the name of that bloke who wrote it??? think he had the same first name as a certain man united star but cant remember.

if he moves to england, i very much doubt he'll play for italy.
Surely he would play for Italy....dumb decision if he plays for England
marco is saying that players who do not play in Serie A tend to not be picked for the national team. Only in these past couple of years has the practice been widespread.

exactly and that is only due to calciopoli. We're hardly going to ignore the best striker (Toni), best full back (Zambrotta) and the central defender who was most crcuial in winning the WC (cannavaro)
but if young giovinco moves to england aged 17, where his development wont be completed as well as if he stays in Italy and gets first team action in Serie B or at a lower Serie A side, before becoming a regular like his bro is and eventually making the Azzurri first XI.
whereas in England, he will only be prepared for english football and wont be developed for Italy and he'll miss out on selection to La Nazionale.
not sure if I explained clearly but thats basically my point.

dropkick, the reason why poms like u dont like us eyetalians, is cos our national side are 4 times world champions. Whereas ur national side are a bunch of never-bins. So much so, that the English FA HAD to hire the services of 1 of Italy's brightest coaches!
How embarassing, u not only have shyte local footballers, but ur local coaches are abcolute crap, that an ITALIAN is in charge of ur national side.
Pfffft, the country that invented modern day footbal - yet are taught how to play by Italians!

We have more money than you. You develop players and coaches and we'll take them. Same as ever, England shits all over the rest of the world.
Money talks my friend.
For the record: I was supporting your lot in the last world cup final. I was in a pub with italian mates before, during and after. One mates mate, commented on why the pom was so passionate about the chocks winning. To which the response "because he fucking hates the french".
