Under 13s 2008

Can anybody advise how the 2008 Under 13 leagues will be determined from the results of the 2007 Under 12s North East 1 & 2 and South West 1 & 2?

Top 5 or 6 each from SW1 & NE1, depending if they are 10 or 12 team leagues.

What about the makeup of B and C leagues?

Lets say A is 10 team league, then B will be teams that finished 6-10 in NE1 & SW1. C league would be top 5 in each of NE2 & SW2, with the D league made up of bottom teams from NE2 & SW2 plus any new clubs.

D League.....seems very unlikely. From what I hear a number of clubs with 2 teams will be dropping down to one.
