How come the Gully have advertised for coaches in the Tiser today. Is Brad not there next season. Or is it compulsory that they advertise each year?

It is compulsory that we advertise each year as the coaching position is a one year contract !

Everyone advertises... company policy anywhere!

Even if all coaches are re-appointed before advertising, it makes the process transparent.

Regardless of results....

Also committees change so whatâ€™s the point in the previous years committee appointing the coach for next year.

of course brad will be reappointed recent history shows that the gully only sack a coach if they win promotion
