Re: 2018 F.A. Cup Final
That game was two hours of sleep I won't get back.
What both teams lacked was anyone capable of directing the play and a little bit of 'Good Old Fashioned British Grit', as Giae would say.

The older I get the better I was.

Boring first half and marginally better second half . Gee for all the money Mourinho has spent and Man U created almost nothing in 90 mins.Old Master wrote:That game was two hours of sleep I won't get back.![]()

Re: 2018 F.A. Cup Final
Jose never has his teams playing expansive football. he is all about results, and is successful with this strategy. He doesn't care about player development either. But two trophies, second place and another final in 2 years is better than most other clubs.ozzie owl wrote:Boring first half and marginally better second half . I would say the FA cup at least the wedding had the American preacher going on about love and fire ect ect ect - watching the faces of the royals was interesting to say the least.Bomber wrote:Having not watched either "event" at the weekend over there, what was more boring, the cup or the wedding?

I was. Both events showed England at its finest. Pity it was in Windsor and not London though.

His parents wouldn't have cared, they were probably hoping he was Watford or QPR.

Luckily I was able to make my own choice. Unlike my son who had noneGod is an Englishman wrote:His parents wouldn't have cared, they were probably hoping he was Watford or QPR.

And Ozzie Owl, more people watched and probably enjoyed the Wedding. You should have said in your view the Cup Final was more entertaining....

In fairness, I did ask which was the more boring, so he answered correctly (in his opinion).Allez Allez Allez wrote:Luckily I was able to make my own choice. Unlike my son who had noneGod is an Englishman wrote:His parents wouldn't have cared, they were probably hoping he was Watford or QPR..
