Yea Flinders Uni are strong, even game all match, Toros started the game well and scored the first goal after 20 minutes or so, then the rain came down which seemed to suit flinders and there uptempo game, they use their field quite well (small length wise, but very wide) and they hit us on the counter, and a controversial penalty was given after the keeper was beaten by the advancing striker, the ref said the goalie puller her back but after the game both set of players said it wasnt a penalty. Anyway penalty scored and 1-1, 5 minutes later Toros cross the ball in and a Flinders player handballs in the box, so another penalty and goal. Second half was very even, flinders changed to three at the back to get back into it, and there pressure was rewarded with 20 minutes to go, with a free kick rewarded just outside the box, the free kick was put into the top corner 2-2. Flinders piled on the pressure, and the game was stopped due to a toros player hurting her ankle after a tackle and having to be stretchered off, the game died down after that. Extremely hard fought game, flinders are well organised and have plenty of speed and height in their midfield and upfront.
