Reserves Coach Required for 2016

The Cove FC are seeking applications for the role of Reserves Coach for 2016.

The ideal candidate would be willing to work closely with the Senior coach with a view to progressing into that position at some time in the future. This is preferably a long term position.

Purpose Of Role

To manage and deliver coaching sessions for the Cove reserve team. To assist the senior coach with the implementation of the clubs philosophy and observe the 18’s players on match day.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

Plan, prepare and conduct the training and match program for the reserve team
Provide ongoing feedback for player and senior coach
Ongoing talent identification of the 18’s and 16’s
Attend all 18’s fixtures
Follow and implement the clubs philosophy
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour Required

FFA C Licence or willingness to obtain before start of the season
Detailed knowledge of the FFA National Curriculum
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong work ethic
High level planning skills and communication
Current National Police Clearance
