Super Mario the (almost) goalless £17m arrival
the £60m wing wonder Angel
the £25m loanee flop Falcao
Colombian Cuadrado 26.8m

I wonder why Welbeck at one league goal per GPB4m doesn't make your list....

Nothing to deflect, wondered how Arsenal could not have a single flopped transfer?haywood djablowme wrote:You forgot about his goals in the UCL & FA CupThe Kop wrote:I wonder why Welbeck at one league goal per GPB4m doesn't make your list....![]()

Alexis - No
Welbeck - No
Debuchy - No/Maybe?? Due to the fact he has had two serious injuries but we haven't seen enough of him to claim flop. Will struggle next year to get the nod ahead of Bellerin thou!

Take away Angel's breakout year when he won RM the CL, he has always been a 1 awesome game, 4 average games type of player. Never liked him as a player, great instincts, but average when he has to think things through!haywood djablowme wrote:the £60m wing wonder Angel

Falcao is terrible. I don't know why he's always falling down.

This thread is just one for the kids.
Just poking fun at rivals with no real substance.
Falcao may score a goal in the last minute of the last game that wins UTD a CL place - if so money well spent..

Callum Chambers at 16 million... Hit his wall and has never cemented a place in the sidehaywood djablowme wrote:Three transfers in for the Gooners

Luke Shaw at 30 million... Injury ravished never got going for all the hype around him pre season
Mario Balotelli at 16.5... 1 goal in 14 appearances, says it all for an "elite forward"
Cuadrado at 26 million... failed to make any impact although in a short period of time, an expensive tax deduction no more
Eliaquim Mangala at 31 million... for that price you want a world class CB not a discipline liability that doesn't know which way hes going
Abel Hernandez at 10.5 million... time and time again blew good chances and returned just 4 goals in 20 games
Jack Rodwell at 12 million... supposed to be the black cats saviour, barely saving himself
Remy Cabella at 10 million... hasn't looked comfortable in the PL and doesn't look like he is adapting
Shane Long at 12 million... expected him to step up his game at the Saints, taken a step backwards. An expensive one

Romelu Lukaku
Ben Stambouli

For every dud there is a Suarez or Couthino, you rally have no idea, luckily you will hide again after this weekend as you only come out to play after a good result.

Time for some righteous indignation
Re: BPL Biggest Flop Awards 2015
Incredible how Cuadrado could even be considered on this list. He moved in late January ffs. That's a problem with fans today - they want instant gratification.
For what it's worth, I don't think he'll amount to much in England, but how can you judge this early on?

Chambers and Shaw both would have benefited staying at Saints, at least they would have had game time.Outlaw 2.0 wrote:Callum Chambers at 16 million... Hit his wall and has never cemented a place in the sidehaywood djablowme wrote:Three transfers in for the Gooners

Yep been terrible especially against SpursKim Kallstrom wrote:everyone forgets about Markovic, he cost more than Balotelli and has played just as bad

He's 20 and has shown glimpses of what he can do and has rarely played in his usual position.

Is that because of all the EPL titles on it?

Its got to be Di Maria, Cost almost as much as Fabregas and Costa combined, has yet to dominate a game against a club higher then mid-table. Until the last couple of minutes in the Liverpool game I reckon his passing success would have been about 25%.
