a massive thankyou to the downs soccer club!!
after playing there in the over 35's we went in for a couple of beers, got talking to there president and mentioned our day ahead which was around a function we were having for one of our young lads who is rather sick at the moment and all the money raised was going to him. without hesitation he went behind the bar and donated $100 to the cause! top form on there behalf and was truely appreciated!!
once again thanks to the downs!
In my time at Anfield we always said we had the best two teams on Merseyside - Liverpool and Liverpool reserves.
