Recently a well known player was on the team facing us. We won the game however after the game in checking the team sheet, his name does not appear? I have also heard he is playing for a Sunday amateur team.

We won the game, so obviously nothing will happen there, but what are the punishments for this?

We play on Saturdays by the way. So this players may have played on Saturday against us and again on Sunday for his proper club.
