After a very successful 2013 in Saturday Division 2 Modbury Jets AFC are now looking to replicate that form in Saturday Division 1 for the upcoming 2014 season.
To that end the club would like to announce that preseason training will commence on Tuesday 14th January 2014 at 6.30pm. Preseason will be conducted at Ladywood Reserve on the corner of Ladywood Road and Milne Road, Modbury.
Preparations are already well under way and we have a number of exciting preseason trial games arranged as follows:
22nd Feb 14 - Modbury Jets AFC -v- Fulham United Soccer Club

8 Mar 14 - Modbury Jets AFC -v- Tea Tree Gully City Soccer Club

15 Mar 14 - Brahma Lodge Soccer Club -v- Modbury Jets AFC

So it's shaping up to be a very entertaining preseason of football and the club are very excited about picking up where we left off last season. All current and new players are encouraged to join us for a tough and rewarding preseason from next Tuesday 14 Jan 14.
We would also like to take this opportunity to wish all teams throughout the divisions all the very best for the 2014 season.

First little hit out today at inter against there reserve side as Pontian couldn't put out a team, ended up 8-0 to the jets with some good play during the game that we can build on in the weeks to come ! Cheers to all the Boys who came out today to play at late notice I know inter appreciated the hit out
