FFSA hours and location

Could anyone please let me know if the FFSA has closed its office for the Xmas break ? If not could someone please post their opening hours and where they are actually located these days. I have tried both the mobile and the land line numbers on the website, without any response or reply to the message I left. If someone could help it would be appreciated.

They've been closed for business for about 10 years. Lights on nobody's home.
