Has anyone heard of a junior coach using the f bomb in a coaching session before?
What should happen to the coach?

more than football coaches we need role models to the kids, starting from parents

Well can you believe it they have left the coach coaching the kids!!!!!!!!!!!!

Depends if it is a one off or it happens regularly...Once, Junior Director or Committee member pulls them aside
and explains that it is not acceptable.
If it happens again you really have to replace him as a coach.
