I predict people will blame the refs for their clubs losing

top 3 only imo ...
Plympton, Savoy and San Marco in no particular order...
Plympton was one game from promo last year, Savoy will be unbeaten at home and San Marco has a lot of ex state league quality if im not mistaken...

again only my opinion ...regarding raptors and more so macedonia... probably the most likely to implode when the ref blows against them....

As above, Savoy, Plympton and San Marco to be highly placed. Angle Vale not to be underestimated, lots of potential there!

Plympton and Savoy to go up with Angle Vale to challenge closely.

Big Matty Watson for the golden boot (Angle Vale).

MACEDONIA UTD vs BH UNITED the SAASL welcome back BH United ( aka Bosnia ) as Macedonia have aspirations to return to Div 2 ASAP Maco's 3-1
SAVOY vs SAN MARCO the dreaded Pirie trip welcomes San Marco . Just avoiding relegation last year I hear San Marco have recruited well. Savoy have had some decent preseason form . Home ground advantage here SAVOY 2-1
ADEL YOUNG STARS vs ISC RAPTORS How will Youngstars handle Div3. Time will tell. Raptors have gone about their business very quiet . 2-2
ANGLE VALE vs PLYMPTON ( game has been switched plympton at home ) Two years in a row of being promoted for the young Angle Vale side. Plympton will want to prove last year was no fluke . Plympton to get the points 2-0
NOARLUNGA vs STH COAST UTD The States Road Derby !!!! Both teams with some solid pre season results. South Coast winners of the Southern Area Cup will start favourites but will Noarlunga have the will and desire to defy the odds 1-1

ADEL YOUNG STARS ISC RAPTORS - heard young stars were a very good team last year and last time I seen raptors they had some god players . 1-2 to raptors
ANGLE VALE PLYMPTON - heard rumors right from the start angle vale might be the ones to beat in div 3 . angle vale to get the points 2-0
NOARLUNGA STH COAST UTD - south coast 1-0

MACEDONIA UTD vs BH UNITED I'll go Macedonia 2-0 (Don't know much coming from the lower divisions)
SAVOY vs SAN MARCO Home ground advantage Savoy 2-1
ADEL YOUNG STARS vs ISC RAPTORS I'll go with a 2-2 draw. Will be interesting to see if Young Stars maintain their discipline with tougher games this year
ANGLE VALE vs PLYMPTON Looking forward to Div 3 this year and hopefully get a win first up Angle Vale 1-0. I'd expect Plympton to play the small pitch better.
NOARLUNGA vs STH COAST UTD Been a couple of years since i played these sides but i'll go South Coast 3-2

How did all the teams go today?

10 man Angle Vale beat Plympton 2-1 away from home and I heard San Marco lost 2-0 at Pirie. Any others?

Reserves
Plympton 3 vs Angle Vale 2
I thought both sides created a similar amount of chances but Plympton probably had the better chances. Both sides got a goal from opposition mistakes and a draw wouldn't have been an unfair result. I thought the home ref did a good job too.
Seniors
Plympton 1 vs Angle Vale 2
A tight first half with the score 0-0 at the break, I thought we were unlucky not to be up with the better of the chances. I missed the send off but Plympton had control for the next 15 mins or so. We then played the counter attack well to go 0-2 up with Plympton pulling one back within minutes of the second goal. Overall I thought we played better in close and used the ball well going forward. Plympton always looked dangerous with the long ball and from set pieces. They also had a few chances to level the score late.

Raptors 4.
Young stars 5.

Entertaining game that could've gone either way, I think each team hit the woodwork twice each too. Well done to the stars in snatching it in the end.

Reserves 6:1 raptors
