reckon it may be the same as the denmark game. he may drop thompson for cahill and put kewell on the left. i hope brosque plays, he's looked the most dangerous now bresh is playing aswelldudley wrote:possible line up anyone
agreed any win will do coz this could be a dangerous fixture

Extra tough conditions to play in....Had a few opportunities, Archie should
have went around the keeper instead of passing. Swartzy pulled a massive save.
Take the point for sure....No to get them right for Japan....Plenty of fluids and rest.

I thought were very poor last night. Olga went for a 442 formation last night that was as flexible as cast iron. Too many passengers last night , worst on ground........... Andy Harper for his crap inane comments all through the game.
Re: socceroos v oman
im starting to love holger less these days. quite often negative
he had wilkshire and mckay as 'wingers', they barely got over the halfway line. its ok though because carney and north were overlapping machines
bresh had to drop back to get the ball so we essentially had 2 attacking players in the starting line-up

Here we go....lets start knocking the coach.....Yes the side is old, yes we should probably have more youth in the side but in all fairness..to get a point over there is a good result. We know Japan are hot right now and the odds will be against us on tuesday but do you people really think adding a couple of players like Oar etc is really going to change the results? These players will get their time....if they are not there they are not ready! Or maybe the FFA could save a lot of money and just hire all of us here at footballnews to coach
Re: socceroos v oman
It was rediculously hot so that worked against us.
I think this is the least inspiring Socceroos team of the last decade so it's going to be tough. But 1 point is better than none

Take the point . It may be crucial as we are very little chance of finishing top.
japs will murder us.
