GARDENS V VALE.
The champions know they now need to start
winning, otherwise they will lose touch
with the leading bunch.
Vale not really firing yet.
Gardens 2-0.
FARM V PONTIAN.
Game of the round.
Farmers second bottom need to win.
Pontians want to build on a good start.
Dour 1-1 draw.
FULHAM V INTER.
With Inters new inclusions, they have far
too much class.
Inter 3-0.
VISTA V GROVE.
Both teams have the fire power.
Big game for both clubs.
Vista 3-2.
DOWNS V P.H.E.
Downs look strong in every position.
Easties coach just not up to this standard and
his game plan is all ready showing cracks. Easties
will remain rock bottom.
Downs far too good. 5-0.

Gardens 3 vs 1 Vale - Gardens to get their first win on the board.
Farm 2 vs 2 Pontian - Pontian started well but Farm are tough at home, gonna be a tight game.
Fulham 1 vs 0 Inter - Fulham to just get over the line.
Vista 2 vs 0 Grove
Downs 4 vs 1 East - Downs on fire and should get another comfortable win.

Gardens 3 vs 1 Vale - Gardens at home - Vale not showing too much form to date
Farm 2 vs 1 Pontian - Close one but Farmers home ground a big advantage
Fulham 2 vs 1 Inter - Fulham solid start to year; Inter still to show they can string a few games together
Vista 1 vs 1 Grove - even encounter
Downs 4 vs 0 East - Results to date point to an easy win at home

As they say it aint over until steve main sings and round 3 is not were I would be saying it is all over. I can assure you motts and crew are taking every game as it comes on its merits and they know its a long hard battle. In a fantasy world it would be nice to think some teams season will be over but it aint going to happen, now is not the time to be stretching out the neck and making fool hardy predictions as us long suffering supporters know, beware the slurring curse....Anyway is that you Earl......

What a plonker you are Downs Lad still chasing that elusive trophy. Downs will certainly be odds on favourites if your predictions are correct but to call the league after 3 games...........lol. Pick up a few injuries and you'll be back to the pack and you will no doubt be back to doing what you do best -picking the ball out of your own net.

I'm not saying after round 3 we're gonna win it. What I'm saying is if gardens and ingle farm lose it would pretty much be there season over if we win this week.

Come on Ben you can't be serious? WHAT IF?
The Downs still have to play Gardens twice & the Farm once more!
I also think your being very disrespectful to the Vale, Fulham, Pontians, Vista, Grove & East...
But good luck Ben in you quest for that trophy...

Some people are complete D I C K S. I've never said we've won it. All I said was if gardens and farm lost and we won there season would more than likely be over. 7 points and 8 points is alot to catch up in an 18 game season. Nugget... I play for one club and one club only... I don't have to respect any other club.

wind your necks in you ball bags in I reckon there are a few people on here myself included who have never lifted the div 1 trophy as players. Wouldnt the majority of the league be chasing the elusive trophy.... I am sure The Ingles, pontians and the likes would love to get the prize..

Why doesn't that surprise me that You have no Respect for any other Club DOWNSMONG !!!
And you all must have a very short memories ...
2010 Gardens were 5 points behind Florina at the half way point & won by 3 points.

but Im certain the Football Karmer will take care of that once again

And just think even if you eventually win the one you went there for your still 7 behind our lads since you left...

I've seen both Gardens and Downs play this season against us. Downs looked way way better, fairly impressive all over the park, particularly up front, not too many weaknesses there. Sure Ebomo didn't play against us which will add to the Gardens mix. But Downs forward line vs Gardens backline is no match. Could get ugly, but we will have to wait till round 9 for that outcome..

Predictions:
PARAFIELD v ELIZ VALE BRADMAN ROAD OVAL
INGLE FARM v PONTIAN WALKLEYS PARK
FULHAM v SALISBURY INTER COLLINS RESERVE
MOD VISTA v ELIZ GROVE MODBURY VISTA
ELIZ DOWNS v P/HILLS EAST ARGANA PARK
