Firstly, I mean no offence in asking this.
Why would you need a specialist Goalkeeper for an U11 team/squad?
Don't they just get rotated through the positions?

Oh... I see your dilema.
If no-one answers you GK cries, you could try bringing the parents in and get them to help adjust the little Johnny's/Jenny's attitude towards the position.
