How good is KDB? Just a wonderful all round footballer, although TBF he was at fault for Wolves' goal.

Re: EPL 21/22
After a bright Arsenal start for the first 17 minutes in the North London derby, not the result that was expected.
How different it might have gone had Davies not tripped Saka who would have been baring down on goal off the flank.
Holding then has his brain fade with two yellow cards in rapid succession, resulting in his team going down to 10 men, thus effectively ending the contest. A fit White wouldn’t have been holding the South Korean skipper like Holding did (pun intended).
Anyhow, a straight forward equation now for Arsenal: win at Newcastle and win at home against Everton and it’s the £€zillions of the Champions League.
Hopefully Tottering will totter against a desperate Burnley and find Norwich will want to farewell their own stay in the Premier League with a win.

Although it's rare that I would sympathise with Con, those in charge have changed the handball interpretation so many times and none of them have improved things over the use of common sense by the refs.Con M wrote: ↑Sun May 15, 2022 10:29 pmYeah, nah Owl. Can't see Leeds getting anything in West London and they have a terrible goal diff, so I reckon Burnley only need one point to be safe. I'm hoping that Palace thump Everton so that they need something from the final game and that the oily Toon can behead the Goons in the morning.

Leeds GD may kill it. Burnley I feel will get the 1 point and it will avoid the drop. Everton should avoid the drop.Nice One Cyril wrote: ↑Mon May 16, 2022 10:00 amCan't see Leeds getting anything in West London and they have a terrible goal diff, so I reckon Burnley only need one point to be safe. They do say Cyril some decision in the end could cost some clubs millions of $$$$$$$$$$$ & that one may do so!

Re: EPL 21/22
Insipid display by Arsenal away up at Newcastle when so much was at stake.
Kudos to the Magpies playing so well in front of their 52,000 fans.
Now for the miracle of Norwich playing as inspired as Newcastle in their last home game.

Yeah we’ve been very spursey all year, been a long season. Maybe a blessing though, Arteta and this lot would get destroyed in champions league. Nowhere near readyNice One Cyril wrote: ↑Tue May 17, 2022 11:44 am Here's one for the Arsenal fans.

Let's be honest, you've been fortunate that you've played hardly any games this season. As soon as you make a European comp and have even a half way decent run in the cups, your squad is tested.N5 1BH wrote: ↑Tue May 17, 2022 1:15 pmYeah we’ve been very spursey all year, been a long season. Thanks for reminding us. What a choice, stay up late Sunday night or get up early Monday morning just coz we have to go through the motions of the group stages of a losers cup. You lot are lucky you won’t be in it until February.Nice One Cyril wrote: ↑Mon May 23, 2022 2:01 am Last one of the season for the Arsenal fans to ponder where it all went wrong
