MOTION OF NO CONFIDENCE IN THE FFSA WOMEN’S ADMINISTRATION
We, the undersigned, supporters of the South Australian Women’s Football have composed this letter to express our dissatisfaction with the current FFSA Women’s Administration Department.
This letter is an expression of our vote of no confidence in the FFSA Women’s Football Administration.
We feel that they do not act in the best interest of Clubs, Players, Parents/Guardians and Supporters of Women’s Football in SA.
Therefore, we put forward a motion as follows;
1. Replace all current FFSA Women's Admin Personnel with people who have extensive experience and knowledge in successively running the Administration Section.
2. A Women’s Football Board to be established by the clubs who’s role is to administer the competition rules and regulations.
3. FFSA’s role is to administer all other requirements for the Women’s League and including the enforcement of the competition rules and regulations set out by the Board.
4. A Women’s Football Supporters Committee to be established consisting of Parents/Guardians, Players and Supporters.
5. A Women's equality committee to be established to improve the rights of equal funding in Women's Football.

Re: Draft Letter of Motion of No Confidence
Finally, someone has come forward with a strategic plan to improve women's football into the future.
Unsure, about the supporters group but others may agree.
However, I am in favour of it and I will certainly get behind it.
You got my vote Bam bam.

Re: Draft Letter of Motion of No Confidence
Bam you're a legend.
Burnt by the closed shop (of Horrors) and the poor degenerative state of the game that has been in decline for over a decade? sasi gone but the due running it has retained a gig with rec and sport. Wasn’t terminated because the football program had produced NIL. Players of quality have left the comp over the last decade and never return i.e. retention rate is poor. I have said this many times, the administrators who have been around since I wore a skirt and had unshaven legs are still around the place.
They have not (or are unable) to escalate the game to its proper status amongst women’s sports. It’s still down there as a social gathering for “like minded girls” and hang out joint. Questionable antics and interactions make for a scene that is concerning. Good clubs are struggling. Competition has been weakened. The slide happened a decade ago and it’s too late to arrest it. The fabric of the game is destroyed. The cream of the playing stocks are off doing their own thing (not soccer). Clubs come and go and we will continue to dumb down the game and lower expectations.
All the best with the motion. Howwevr, I have better luck in getting onto the Board.
