A few good ones in there with a Lancashire derby and the Southend-Millwall game will be a bit tasty!

With a possibility of a third if you consider Blackburn v Manchester City to be a Lancashire derby.

I suppose the City would be stretching it but drawing a long bow to include Liverpool as Lancashire these days - there wouldn't be too many Lancastrians that would appreciate being bracketed with scousers - besides that one's not confirmed yet is it!

Yes after I wrote this I realised hold on redback is technically correct here. Never been a fan of Greater Manchester existing as a county in its own right, but to the letter of the law these days it does.

manchester and Liverpool will always be part of Lancashire to me. After all, where do Lancashire CCC play their home games.

southend v Millwall will get tasty depending if it's at the same time as the forest game.

This game isn't in australia, tradition is more than a year old in England.

Nor tradition in England. Tradition would mean for at least 2 years in a row surely?

Can't believe Newcastle has gone down to Cardiff at home... not to mention Leeds losing to Rochdale too!

Watched the game on ESPN. Cool 2nd goal by Rosicky for Arsenal's 2-0 win over ye olde enemy Spurs.

Good way to enter the new year, top of the League and in the F.A. Cup 4th round.

A formidable hurdle though coming up in the other comp they're still live in - Champions League against Bayern Munich.

Some shocks in other games - Villa at home down to Sheffield United (!), Newcastle down at home against the red-shirted BLUEbirds, Leeds down away at Rochdale. Man.City only drawing.

Very quiet in here spuds...you were owned!
Where to start...without giroud, podolski, bendtner, ozil, Ramsay, diaby, mertesacker, Gibbs, szechzny, did I miss anyone????
Quick paced derby as always, thought Wilshire wouldn't see the first half out the way hewas carrying on. Did Sherwood ask for Dembele to be so average and not try to play football....he was garbage! And a huge thanks for continuing to play Dawson and walker....probs amongst the two worst current prem defenders.

Anyways, fourth round is on..

:D
Great result against the Spuds. Dominated the game &they only looked to get into the game in the last 15mins when we went down to 10 men. Only disappointment is the couple of knocks we picked up in Verminator, Walcott & Arteta

Gnarby another Wenger star in the making

IMO Spurs looked far more competitive in the last 2 years than what that have so far this year & thats after spending 100 odd million... oh & Saldudo

How did the libary sound last night Cyril.. in full voice to me
