BOSA V Adelaide Villa

A's 0-1
B's 1-0

Great result for the boys to win considering we had only 11 fit players and 6 first team players missing.

Vipers A's v Cougars 1-0 Game abandoned because of some cowardly players.
B's v Cougars 1-1 Good hard clean game , you guys are a credit....
C's v Hawks 2-4 Hawks a very good side.

Thank you to the majority of the Cougars that supported our bar well and offered great banter....To the grubs of your club, you are a disgrace and should be no where near a game of football....Especially the coward that king hit our captain after a free was given....We have one suspected broken jaw and a couple with nice shiners...You got out played with the ball and resorted to this sh1t....

Once again thanks to the majority of the Cougars for coming out and supporting us.

A well finished goal against the run of play and then sat 10 behind the ball for the rest of the game. Well defended lead, congratulations. Mentally we struggle head to head with Villa and find it difficult to get a result. Let's hope other teams can steal points from you. Cheers!

this guy is a legend. He's managed to score 3 and set up one while his team only scored three all up.

yep was a good fought out game. Cougars are a great passing side who were unlucky not to get the result hitting the crossbar 3 times in the 2nd half... Stirling also should've put the game away after they missed a open goal header to go 2 up....

Nothing much at all. Cougars were outplayed in every part of the A's game. Game was getting a little rough where the referee perhaps failed to gain control.

In one instance with 60 seconds to go a cougar player was feeling a bit deprived of a free that should have been awarded to him and instead decided to change the sport from football to boxing and king hit one of the vipers. What a loser.

Not bad for a club who have said they have cleaned up their act. Cougars haven't changed one bit.

Kind Regards
Sloth.

Leopards as a whole but only some Cougars don't...

As I said the majority we'd have back anytime, just a handful spoilt it for the rest.

I would like to hear from the Cougars coach and his take on what happened......

From the times we have played against the cougars, we have had no problems at all in our games. And knowing The cougars coach I would be very surprised if he didn't act accordingly to stamp out any future trouble from his players.

Ps, I don't what what happened so I can't comment on the incidents

The Vipers did play well and are a very good side, however with their technical ability did not create many real threatining chances as the 1-0 scoreline does suggest.

In regards to the punching incident i must say with every action there is a reaction. The Vipers, suprisingly were, on the day a very dirty team. Not all, but some were, especially the captain who was hit. our player was kicked in the head whist on the ground hence the reaction. There is no excuse for what happened, but the ref lost control and was a heated game from the begining.

infact it was heated before the match as what appeared to be a life size garden gnome and jose mourinho instigated a heated argument about a white board. Which boggles the mind but does suggest the actions of people who perhaps have mental limitations.

Overall, was a hard good game. We welcome the vipers to our ground with clear air and hope to enjoy what we all share the same passion for. good luck for the season.

Impressive result, considering the amount of outs for Villa. Brilliant to see the new players standing tall as well as the old heads holding strong.

This years new inclusions with big Jim and co. have really complimented the strong bunch of heads like Faraone, Kraz, Della Verde, Musci, La Bella, Tassone, Galleano, Scalzi, Gale, Karapetis, Musolino, Giglio, DeRosa.

Just needing time to gel, but very promising!

GO THE GREEN & GOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Billy "The Kid" Karapetis bringing a new dimension to the club. Keep up the great work!

We created at least 5 other chances in front of goal. Some were saved very well by your keeper who kept you in the game, and the others were poorly finished (i.e. shot straight into the keeper from 2 meters out. You had, what, maybe 2 shots on goal the whole game?

Yes we were dirty. The play in question was the last play of the game (as per the referee). At that stage, Vipers had one yellow card... Cougars had 3 cards. The "kick in the head" is purely fictional. It was a bad tackle and the ref blew the whistle for a free kick. To get up and punch someone on the fly while they had their back turned is a dog act! Luckily, the referee had a very good view of the incident and I doubt that the fat idiot will play again this year.

This was instigated by the Cougars coach (in my humble opinion, the biggest disgrace of all yesterday) who went into the Vipers change room WHILE BOTH TEAMS WERE OUT WARMING UP, and took out whiteboard with our team list and formation. When we retrieved it from the away change rooms just before the start of the match, Mr J.E.'s excuse was "you didn't supply us with a white board". HA! Do you even supply away teams with a change room??? Anyway, the whiteboard wasn't used by the Cougars as he had suggested as it still had the Vipers names on it at the time of retrieval!

Whats the excuse for your captain punching another Vipers player while our trainer was attending to our captain who had just been king hit?? Setting a great example for the rest of your players. Unfortunately, the ref didn't catch that one and the Cougars captain was very quick to run back 10 metres after throwing the punch just as a few of us saw it.

Well done to the couple of Cougars boys that had the decency to stay back and shake hands despite what happened. To the two dogs that threw punches, it's coming.

Allstars 4 v Wanderers 5

Great game for the neutrals, Wanderers 2-0 up within 2 minutes, but as with any game with Allstars that would never be the end result. Allstars pulled one back with probably the best free kick I have witnessed at this level, shortly before halftime it was 2-2.
Start of the 2nd half, two scrappy goals from defensive errors see Allstars go 4-2 up and with Wanderers heads on the floor the game should have been over. Great comeback from Wanderers to claw it back to 4-4, then another wondergoal to go 5-4 up with about five minutes to go and that's how it ended.

The free kick, was it by one of their left footers? they've got 2 blokes who are 100% left foot, but both are wild. ones called rob i think

Well I don't mind the Cougar. Off the field great guys but on it they really look like they want to just hurt people. But that's football sometimes and hopefully they do change their culture there and get rid of people like that.

I remember another cracking free kick last year at an all stars game(must be the same guy) and couldn't believe the quality of the strike.Seems like it was no fluke.
