I said before in another thread about Confed cup, that Egypt did very well against Brazil and will push Italy. They took their 1 chance and scored, albeit from a corner. Italy could not convert their many chances. Thats FOOTBALL!!


ps, just to confirm though, Lippi did STATE that this confederation cup will be about trying new things with the current Italia squad, and his focus is more for next years WORLD CUP!

Who cares, well done to Egypt, beat the Italians at their own game.

I would be more worried if they didnt create chances.

Lippi has plenty to do in the next 12 months, including making sure guys like Rossi, Montolivo and Santon get Regular game time to bring them up to speed.

yeah thats right in the confed cup i will support Italy cause australia are not in it. This post is about the italia-egypt result and im defending the nation my parents were born in. Is that ok to do? If the converstaion involved australia i would be doing the exact same thing.
