The manager from Cardiff city was on setanta the other day and he said their club wasn't going to request nor expected the Taff national anthem to be played before the cup final.

They'll go to the Conference. It's part of the pyramid system (and the league of wales isn't), so if they want back to the Football League they have to.

The side is the England and Wales Cricket Board side, therefore any player who qualifies for any of the counties that represent it (including Glamorgan) are entitled to be selected for the "England" side.

Anyway, seeing as wales is just a principality of England it's the same place anyway. They don't make France play as 'France & Monte Carlo'.

Philip Beresford, who compiled the list, said "much of the rise in this year's wealth can be attributed to one factor: the number of foreign rich who have made London or its environs the main home and base of operation."

He said the 11 years since the ostensibly leftist Labour Party was elected to power in 1997 had seen "a boon for the super-rich rarely seen before in modern British history."
