What do you consider a good result against Nigeria?

[1] First of all can I say I am delighted to be joining this site. I have always got on well with Australians and find you among the most warm and tolerant caucasians out there
[2] As you all know, Australia and Nigeria are playing at Craven Cottage on Nov 17. As one of those who toiled to make this a possibility, I am delighted that the game is finally going ahead
[3] As a Leeds United fan, I have always followed the careers of Viduka and Kewell in particular and know them well
[4] You have a lot of talent in your squad but I think what is needed next is to build a winning tradition and victors mentality
[5] Over the long term, I would also like to see football establish otself as Australia's number one sport. We Africans are simply not interested in rugby or cricket
[6] Looking at your squad with good players like Schwatzer, Kewell, Viduka, Cahill, etc do you guys think that Australia should be doing better?
[7] For instance, do you think you should be in Fifa's top 20, should have won the Asian Cup and be on a par with teams like say Holland?
[8] You recently drew with Ghana and I think were unlucky not to win that match but do you think you can beat the stronger African teams like Nigeria, Cameroon, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Egypt?
[9] If you were given the choice now, what result would you settle for against Nigeria on November 17?
[10] For those of you going to Craven Cottage, the Australian fans will be meeting up a restuarant called Zulus, while the Nigerian fans will be meeting at a pub called Larrik. I hopee to bump into some of you there.

definately happy with a win...the rest is detail and as long as the group gets the winning feeling then its a good platform for 80 days time when our first WC qualifier is.

ps. craig foster is the biggest tosser out....if he thinks mark milligan is going to captain the socceroos in 2010 then he should lay of the bindez!!

Nigeria's back four + keeper looked very shaky! Australia isn't yet a top 15 side, we can't consistantly perform at the top level, our depth isn't all that great. Just think, Nigeria could have played Kanu or Utaka, yakubu, anichibe yobo or Mikel! That takes them to another level!

Valeri was signed by Internazionale at a young age and was loaned out to numerous clubs until Grosseto bought him full ownership
