Uni Definitely my pick to go up at the end of the season so a draw will be a great result for the rebuilding Vipers.

There is a great atmosphere around the club this year and can't wait for our first home game....

Vipers v Uni - must win game for us, we won't be taking them lightly as they were a very good ball playing side last year in div 1 and in most other seasons would have stayed up.

I always had faith n8 and a draw at this point in the season against the front runners would have been a good result.

I think a few of their B's may be promoted for next week, they were very hungry for the ball unlike us.

Hawks deserved their win today, its a tough league this year and I think it will b quiet even in the mid table, Lion had no illusions of goin straight up, nor are we ready for it at the moment, we will get better week by week.
Lost three to injury from last weeks game and gained three, at the moment very unsettled but we push on to next week.............

Question lionman...and not at all being rude but where was your bench today....must be hard for u boys to play a solid 90 minutes with no subs...U guys looked fit but u will struggle if u guys get that sort of turn out everyweek...other than if u keep improving and get some players back u will be hard to beat later on in the season!! And hopefully tale points off the clubs that will challenge us haha


And just to add I reckon the ref may have been a little harsh Today, maybe tell your boys not to get on the refs bad side by arguing and get on with the game....and maybe some of the calls may have gone with u guys...they are human and In some cases may look favorable on teams that don't yell and carry on at them if they make a bad call...And really that goes for all teams...

3 great games of soccer, on a great pitch, with great facilities, and great food! The boys at the Titans are really setting their club up for some good years in the amatuer league. On and off the pitch, they have a real professional approach to how they go about things. Peter and the rest of the lads at the Titans, well done, you deserve the credit. Pete, not only did you ref the C game, work in and around the club all day but you were also best on ground in the A's game in my opinion. Had our strikers sharpened their finishing yesterday, I think we could have had the game won before half time... but thats the way it goes! All the best for the year Titans, keep up the good work!

In answer to the bench, around 8 players injured/unavailable this week, I wasnt going to bring up the ref, but in response to your comment, the ref needs to do what he is getting paid for, his decisions should not be swayed by who is doing the more arguing, as you put it. Sometimes players do get a little frustrated when clear handballs are missed, especially the one in the box, at nil nil .I am sure you have become frustrated at one time or another with a ref. We had one player booked for dissent, so really no harm done as far Im concerned. Sometimes you need a bit of luck, we didnt get that today.....

But it's human nature, u get more bees with honey as I like to say...and it isn't something that a referee would knowingly be doing (well should hope not) but I'm sure in the back of the mind it plays a part...the hand ball was 50 50 hands where at his chest and the ball kicked into him, the stuff in the 2nd half was shambles by my own admission but that's football! It happens I'm sure every1 here has experienced the good and bad decisions!!! But still gotta show respect and tolerance to the official no matter what!! I take my hat off to them cos no way I'd wanna ref!!!

As I said dont really want to harp on the ref, thought our players handled themselves ok under the cicumstances, I am not complaining about the ref, no one on here wants to here it.... players get frustrated.....simple as that....there not robots!
