If Milan didn't need the money Kaka would have stayed.

How long was left on his contract with Milan? The player just can't walk out on the club.

I can't fault Kaka, he's delivered while at Milan, he's virtually paid his own way with the profit Milan made from the transfer compared to what Milan paid for him. Not sure why anyone would buy a shirt with a player's name on the back anyway but if I was sad enough to be a Milan fan I wouldn't be dis' Kaka, the guy has carried more than his fair share while at Milan.

How many players have Milan brought from other clubs? Not like Milan have a great junior record, if it wasn't for buying players where would they be?

Only player in memory that should be considered Judas is Vieri, worse of the lot.

CACA

I think it would be worth a good amount of cash
He never played at the Under 17 world Cup in 1999.

He played in the Under 20 WOrld Cup in Argentina in 2001.

Brazil played Australia in the Second Round and won 4-0. Adriano with 2 and Kaka a single.

That Brazilian team had Rubinho (Genoa GK), Maicon (Inter RB), Luisao (Captain of Benfica), Adriano, Kaka and a few other class acts.

Was there another Caca for Brazil?

When Australia played Brazil in U20 Brazil played with the yellow tops, and in U17 they played with Blue Shirts, and the one i saw was a Blue Shirt.

Would be interesting to see how Milan go in the transfer window. Wonder who they would replace him with?

 @ Judas.

Unless he changed the spelling - quite possible as he is born in 1982, but I watched that final and only remember Adriano playing

As for the Judas/loyalty remarks...

Judas?

I think you'll find most Milan fans are more disappointed with the club than with kaka

Well, im sad to see him leave Italy, but he is still a Judas and according to him had the choice and he chose to leave.

As for that 6-0 vs Inter - fkn blast from the past. If I was an Inter supporter Id be embarrassed if Gianni Comandin was scoring doubles against me.

I don't recall any Inter fans at the time trying to justify it with "we had to try and win". It was exactly the opposite players were made well aware how unacceptable it was, even if the molotov cocktail was a little excessive :!:

Been over a decade since the days of hiring & firing coaches & players every year. Bad times just make the current days even more enjoyable.

we DID have to win you clown of clowns, we had to go out there and attack and find the win otherwise our season was realitically over, Barca only needed a draw, besides we were playing the greatest footballing side of all time....Inter 0-6 Milan that's laughable how was I not aware of this, that's like completely the most ridiculous scoreline ever.

Almost as bad as the self proclaimed greatest club in the world bending over and copping 6 at home.

There isnt that much difference.

See the test is the FIFA proclaimed greatest club in the world could bend over and cop 6 at home and STILL be the best in the world!

Inter on the other hand, just does not get better for them.

Maicon's Agent: Inter treat my player poorly
Ibrahimovic's Agent: I can't guarentee that Zlatan will stay at San Siro next year.
Paolo Rossi: The English and Spanish League are better than the Italian league

And my goodness gracious me when was the last time you won a champions league title

Inter Milan will always have the shame of having to live in the shadow of AC Milan. Pure and simple.

imo, Real Madrid and AC Milan are the greatest European teams of all time.

if ibra and maicon leave then bye bye to the black and blue next season. not even 'the special one' will be able to rescue them.

Translator wrote: You were only four points behind Barca at the time, with 4 games left to play afterwards, a draw would have been plenty as Barca had European commitments unlike Real. Barca's last four games in la Liga draw, loss, loss, draw two points out of 12. Real lost all of their last four and you want to put it down to having to chase a win.

Always? Was only in the 90's that Milan overtook us. League wins we've already sqaured up and won't be long to we build that gap back. In Europe one team is all that's needed to make the difference respectable.

Point is the same, creaming over buying new forwards and only forwards year in year out while coaches get shown the revolving door is a sad endorsement on football.

At least we have Barca to admire in Spain.

Yeah and FIFA dished up Pele as the greatest ever when they werent happy with Maradona who was the choice they originally got from voters.

Im not going to argue with you as your head is that far up your royal a** its not funny, but how quickly you forget that your beloved whites didnt win in europe for a long time either and for the next few years will live in your neighbours shadow.

Well that's interesting, because considering that during Franco's rule Barca won more titles than us it's very, VERY interesting indeed, you're right though I would've much rather had Mussolini, he was a saint

2002 isn't as long as like 1960 wotever, like damn dude that is one long time without being a first class contender, it must kind of hurt everytime you guys win a Scudetto, Milan is there to win a champions league title not long after...worst move you ever made was seperating...you would've had more than....2??? Champions League titles?

Also in the shadow of our neighbours...if you're referring to Atletico...laughing at that...if you're talking about Barcelona, 1 good year doesn't undo the 107 good years we've had. We still have 3 times as many CL titles as they do. Also did you totally miss out on the reports about Kaka officially signing with Madrid...because that to me just guarentees the end of Barca right there, it's only going to serve to bury them even deeper if the likes of Ronaldo, Villa and Silva come.

Didn't you came a great club after you stole Di Stefano from Barca and went from 4th or 5th primera winners to the top.

Actually Barca sold him to us, after he failed to impress during their pre season friendlies, they owned half of their rights we owned the other half of the rights *but ive explained this so many times on this forum i'm not bothered with doing it again* check wikipedia out regarding the transfer saga, for a highly unreliable source they have their facts pretty straight on that matter. There's no bias here either, i've read spanish football books (unrelated from Real Madrid, just spanish football in general) like Morbo (very good read) and it explains it in great detail, also has some interesting reads about the Sevilla Betis rivalry and morbo between basque and spanish teams, highly recommend if you're interested on educated yourself on the history of spanish football.

When you beat Juventus in 1998, prior to that, how long was the wait?
