He may be home right now, but just by being on this forum, you can tell he misses us all and prefers chats to us instead of going to the boozer or something.

Pick a game in the 80's and see how many players dive, you'll be lucky to find one and THAT'S A FACT!!
That is not a fact. That is your opinion and one which you provide no evidence of.
What are your credentials? Apart from being a 6 time SAASL Champion?
What am I supposed to do, link two entire football matches onto this forum, in fact should I link every game. It's not an opinion. If it's not a fact, prove me wrong because for every dive you find me in the 80's English game I will find you 10 since the 00's. FACT!!
Show us one and prove him wrong.
I am not the one stating the facts. All I ask for is evidence to back his claims.
I have state a fact, you might think it's just an opinion but the facts back me up. I have shown you a way to prove my fact, you just choose to not accept it.
Can you show me a way to disprove my fact?

How many games have you watched?
What division have you watched the most?
Over what time-span?
I went to my first game in 1982 and my last game yesterday, so a time span of 28 years. I played my first game in 1980 and played my last game in 2009, so a time span of 29 years.
I reckon in that time I have watched about 3/400 games and played close to 1,000 games.
I have watched games in the champions league, FA cup finals, League Cup Finals. I would say the majority of my games have been division 1/2 (called the premier league/championship now).
ANy other questions I can help you with?

my home country gets bombed because we're actually significant on the world stage, either way what has it got to do with liverpool's bad sportsmanship.

all "poms" are bad sportsman, that's funny coming from an aussie.
Any chance of you actually typing in English?
For nearly 30 years England has been actively involved in fighting terrorism which will obviously make us a target. There are obviously some pitfalls to protecting our own country and the rest of the world but at least we know we are doing the right thing. Meanwhile, other countries don't send any and other send a few blokes to hide at the back and go nowhere near the front line.

Ponting sooking at the sub fielder in the Ashes a few years back was a classic example of how "sporting" Australians can be. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones (especially when they struggle grammatically!)
I would think that both Aussies and English are good sporstmen and that its only in the cricket where it is sometimes questionable. There are far worse countries in the world when it comes to good sportsmanship anyway.
I may not be perfect but I'm still the closest I have ever come across
