Last round of EPL, number of English players in starting eleven.

5 Southampton, Norwich, Liverpool, WHU, Sunderland

4 Stoke,Spurs, Man U

3 Newcastle,Swansea,Aston Villa, Everton

2 WBA,Reading, Man City,Arsenal

1 Chelsea, Fulham, Wigan, QPR

How are you going to stop it?

Especially, bearing in mind that scots, welsh and both sets of paddys have the ability to work in England without any further documentation.

It will take a huge move away from the EU (which even the referendum about leaving doesn't seem like is going to happen). Then we would need the removal of the Act of the Union as well.

As much as I would love to see it happen, unfortunately it just won't.

I agree but makes depressing reading, why do some of the Premier League clubs even bother having academies?
