Best Junior Coach

Anyone who gives up their time to ensure the kids have got someone to teach them is a tie for the best coach award, every single coach I have been up against this year has had a story about something they sacrifice to do and without reward.

A coach that tailors training to individual players needs as well as the teams needs as a whole. Some players need an emphasis on fitness work to get the best out of their game, some need extra practice at ball control, some need finishing practice at speed.

Players need to work on their weaknesses at training - most weaknesses are obvious - but the approach seems to be one size fits all - well it doesn't.

Just needs to keep his mouth shut when coaching and let his team play soccer and then he would win some respect back from other clubs and yes you are right he is a good coach

The Birkalla U16A coach seems to have achieved similar results without going bunta all the time and with a team most of whom I believe were playing in the Bs last year.

Results are irrelevant and his behaviour is not entertaining in the least. Credit where credit is due though, they play a good brand of football......they must have a good assistant too

So you think this is a serious topic then? I'll agree with you on Drago being a fantastic coach and a top bloke as well, but how in the hell can anyone be judged "the best" when it just comes down to personal opinion
