A coach that tailors training to individual players needs as well as the teams needs as a whole. Some players need an emphasis on fitness work to get the best out of their game, some need extra practice at ball control, some need finishing practice at speed.
Players need to work on their weaknesses at training - most weaknesses are obvious - but the approach seems to be one size fits all - well it doesn't.

Re: Best Junior Coach
Just needs to keep his mouth shut when coaching and let his team play soccer and then he would win some respect back from other clubs and yes you are right he is a good coachBarca4life10 wrote:surely the 15 West Birkalla coach would be in there ... i know he's abit of a nut case but he's good

Only took 36 posts to get answer you were looking for.best wrote:The results are their . The players are developing and he is entertaining.
The Birkalla U16A coach seems to have achieved similar results without going bunta all the time and with a team most of whom I believe were playing in the Bs last year.
Now, if you're lucky, you could hack through your ankle in five minutes.

It's funny how we preach that winning isn't important yet we base judgement on results

Re: Best Junior Coach
isn't interesting to see jpl cup finals
who the coaches are and most have been there several
times before.

Re: Best Junior Coach
Results are irrelevant and his behaviour is not entertaining in the least. Credit where credit is due though, they play a good brand of football......they must have a good assistant toobest wrote:The results are their . The players are developing and he is entertaining.

One looks and can see that there is a new post.
It then turns out to be jokes, attempted comedy, general rubbish etc.
Isn't that why there is a PM section.

joe, thanks for the pm regarding my behaviour
If you don't like what you read here, learn to scroll down and maybe learn to chill a bit
When you refer to most users on here, I take it you must know "most" of them and also are speaking on their behalf :?
So you think this is a serious topic then? I'll agree with you on Drago being a fantastic coach and a top bloke as well, but how in the hell can anyone be judged "the best" when it just comes down to personal opinion
By the way, the last of your four posts was off topic
