He won't go, we don't need him either, bring back Negredo, sign Silva and replace Metzelder and Dudek that's about it

Management is fine, Florentino has the economic side down and Pellegrini has the team playing a decent standard of football

Pellegrini's not the management I was talking about, there's nothing wrong with himMadridista612 wrote:Management is fine, Florentino has the economic side down and Pellegrini has the team playing a decent standard of football
the people behind the scenes making all the decisions are the ones who are costing Real a chance at success
there has to be a massive clean out and some people who know how to run a football club need to be brought in

I really don't believe there's any problem with management this time around...ok we sold Sneijder and Robben...and yes Pellegrini did want to keep them...but there had to be a balance between the financial aspect and the sporting aspect. In the end they were replaced by Kaka and Ronaldo. There's really no problem that I can see...Pellegrini has put his foot down, he starts Van der Vaart over Kaka, sat Raul down for pretty much the whole season, has made his mind up about Gago and sat Guti down for quite some time for his blow up in Alcorcon. All this points to Pellegrini being in charge.

Pellegrini will be gone at the end of the season and then you're back to square one

They will get him - they are Real Madrid - seriously, what is everyone thinking, they get whatever they want. Except the champions league.

Real Madrid: ruining it for everyone (including themselves)Scudetto8687 wrote:They will get him - they are Real Madrid - seriously, what is everyone thinking, they get whatever they want. Except the champions league.

The next two years or so will be interesting for the 3 "circus" clubs i think. I think it's clear by watching Chelsea especially, that coaches need a few years to get the team together. Especially to get the right squad together.
EG: Ancelotti has 0 players he wants. if Abramovich was to get rid of him now, all your doing is shifting the problem to the next guy.
You leave him in charge for a few years ( I believe it took Ferguson 4 years to get his shit together). then you'll start to see the squad he wants.
That's another thing too, everyone talks about their depth, but Chelsea ( for example again) have virtually 0 depth because once again these aren't Ancelotti's players, for Ancelotti's system. Whereas Man U and Ferguson has virtually 3 squads worth of players he can fit into his system.
Patience is a virtue!

I'd say Ancelotti wants at least Drogba and Lampard...Litmanen wrote:The next two years or so will be interesting for the 3 "circus" clubs i think. I think it's clear by watching Chelsea especially, that coaches need a few years to get the team together. Especially to get the right squad together.
