Djite has confirmed his move to Genclerbirligi, hoping to achieve what Josip Skoko did and Nicky Carle didn't. Anyone have any idea what Adelaide got for him though?

my mail says they got approx $650k - not sure if there was a sell-on clause but surely that would've been a priority!

He'll be ok i think. Terrific piece of business for Adelaide if that figure is correct. It's a good indication the A-League is making inroads when we are actually commanding substantial figures for our players. Hopefully the days of our best players leaving for free when their contract runs out are behind us.
